How to configure your VPN app
proxy type:Real host
proxy server:mobile.viper.com
proxy type:http
proxy port:80
 click on save and go to 'more options'  to finish configuring the handler like below

clear the hst address and port by leaving it blank..

also under proxy settings..
ensure to UNTICK the connect through  an http proxy and basically do as the image above and thats all
NOTE;-you can always restart the VPN application or force close anytime it is doing nonsense
